Not pleased at all with how I was billed. I was charged for a exam without my insurance even considered. Then I was quoted $500 for just the reader lenses on frames that I bought from them last year.

Amazing experience! I came in because 1.) I needed new glasses and 2.) my old pair broke at one of the screws but I needed a quick repair because I will be going on a trip tomorrow. I explained my situation to the store associate Debra. She was so kind and understanding, and was able to fix my glasses for me free of charge. Wonderful customer service!

Won't be back. Condescending doctor, staff that is disorganized and treat each other rudely. Yuck.

I got my glasses from another location location. And I had accidentally sat on them. They werent really adjusted well to start. So I decided to come here during my lunch break. There was a great guy that was helping me at first and then handed off to Miss Deb. She was great and handled everything so graceful! She even made sure that my glasses were adjusted better than my initial adjustment! Awesome service during my 10 minute visit.

I had a great experience at America's Best in Kelsey Creek last week. I needed a new nose pad on one pair of glasses and screw adjusted in the stem of the other. They were short staffed, busy and the manager was holding down the fort by herself, nontheless, she was kind, gracious and very efficient in meeting the needs of each customer. My glasses were fixed and feel good.
