Elements Parking Garage - Lot #167

This is a nice parking garage under the Elements condominiums. But when you go in, you are supposed to get 3 hours free parking. You have to download the ParkMobile app if you don't already have it already, and then register your car. Of course it is different than the app for all of the parking in Seattle! If you don't have the app that means you have to put your credit card in and everything. We went to an event here and all of us registered our cars only to come out and find tickets on our windshields demanding $60 and if we don't pay within a week or so it bumps up to $110. All of us are scrambling to try to get this taken care of and have had to send our receipts and screenshots of our email confirmations to Diamond parking. If we didn't pay they would probably send us to collections, sounds like a great scam to me. People should avoid Diamond parking if you can. Or maybe the only way to get out of here is to put a big note on your windshield that you paid in the app and the attendant to do their job and check it!
