        Bre was great! She did an amazing job deshedding my husky. I was very satisfied with her work. Nicole however is awful to deal with and I definitely wont be returning because of her!

        Staff has no idea what theyre doing. I was put on a waitlist for the dog wash station, and at least three other parties repeatedly were pushed in front of me. After waiting over 1 hour I was told to wait for another 30 minutes since they had already assigned the stations to someone else. How hard can it be to maintain a queue of customers lined up for a service ?

        Got a cool frog here but almost 75% of my crickets died the next day. They came home, stayed in their cup next to the tank. Next morning almost all were dead.
