        I just started a Koi pond and have purchased all my fish from the Factoria location. The staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly. Last week I came in for some pond plants and dog food. Ava helped me find everything I needed and helped me load it into my car. Highly recommend this location Holly

        I arrived about an hour before closing. No other customers were in the store, and I was greeted by the person at the cash register. I asked him if he would call someone to attend to me at the tropical fish. He paged the other associate. As I walked to the tropical fish, I saw and made eye contact with the other associate. I waited ten minutes, and no one came to see what I needed. I returned to the associate at the cash register and asked for him to page an associate. Long story short, no one arrived. I left time wasted and without the fish I needed.
