Armin came to fix a leaking valve in the kitchen, then identified another leaking pipe outside our house. That's why we have expensive water bills for a year! His team worked hard until mid night in pouring rain to fix the problem. I'm so impressed by their quick response, professionalism, and high quality of work. I've worked with Arash years ago to fix other water issues. I feel so lucky to have capable, reliable, friendly and honest plumbers nearby. Highly recommend this company!

I had these guys come out July of 2022 to clean out sewer with tree root problems. They were able to open the sewer however did leave many roots. I had City of Bellevue come out and scoped it w a camera and took pictures of the roots in the sewer line they just cleaned however they did not want to come out and finish the job. The same sewer line got clogged again Oct 2023 and I called them and they said they could not come back unless I paid them $1000 to come back out. Service: Drain cleaning

Arash arrived same day and diagnosed an issue two other plumbers ignored. He stayed late on a Friday evening after discovering it would require more time than anticipated. Im very thankful for his help.

We scheduled a service visit over the phone and text them address. They provided a time frame between 3-6pm the same day; by 5pm since I didnt hear anything so I call to confirm they are still coming. The call went right to voicemail; leaved multiple voicemails between 5 and 7pm. Called again the next day, still no response. This is the most unprofessional plumbing company I ever encountered.

I am so thankful that I found Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services! I received a call from my tenants that a new toilet I had installed by another company in October last year was leaking at the base. I tried calling a few different places, but did not find anyone available or the pricing was not clear upfront. I then called Ridgid Plumbing and they gave excellent knowledge, advice, and also the pricing was clear and fair. They also sent someone out immediately. This is the first time I had a problem with my condo and my tenants were so happy with the service they received from Ridgid Plumbing. I will now be using them for any future issue that arises.
