Kajik was great. Helped me with a couple issues, even with the bad news of having to replace a pipe underground that was unexpected, his pricing was fair and honest. Explained what needed to be done well and made sure I understood before starting on the project. Would not hesitate to recommend Kaizen to others.

I had an excellent experience with Kaisen Plumbing, thanks in large part to the professionalism and expertise of our plumber, David. From the outset, David demonstrated outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
During the service, David discovered an additional leak that we werent aware of. Instead of overlooking it or charging extra, he promptly fixed it free of charge. David also pointed out damage to our baseboards caused by the leak, something we had not noticed.
To ensure easy future access to the plumbing, the installation of a quick-access panel by David was a thoughtful solution that will save us time and money on potential wall repairs and repainting.
On top of the excellent service, Kaisen Plumbing also provided a $50 discount on the initial quote, which was an appreciated bonus.
In conclusion, my experience with Kaisen Plumbing, and particularly with David, exceeded my expectations in every way. Their service is all about attention to details and customer-oriented. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and conscientious plumbing service.

Thank you David for taking care of my brother in law. He came in and found the problem and fixed it within an hour. I thought we had to replace the water heater etc., but it was a different problem and we were lucky and didn't have to spend much. We will use Kaizen Plumbing from now on.
