        We hired Pierre for a specific purpose to be able to use our photo's with a white background and be able to swap out team members as needed in the future. He is now trying to charge us to use the photos we already paid for. Definitely a bait and switch and we will not be using him again.

        Do not recommend. Hired for a professional photo shoot, but are not able to use the images even after paying for them because we are now told we dont own the photos. Pierre knew what the purpose of the images were and how they were intended to be usedfeels like we were ripped off.

        Even though it was just a half hour session, Pierre meticulously explained the hows and whys of a professional headshot. We talked about the things that spark joy in my life so that it was easy to capture a genuinely happy look for the shot.

      I am sorry for the misunderstanding, and I contacted you by email for this. To make it short, you NEVER mentioned that you wanted the individual images to get them edited in a composite by ANOTHER photographer. As such, I did NOT charge or sold you a commercial license for the individual images, saving you money then. At that time (2 years ago), I gave you (more precisely to the person in charge of this project on your side) the estimates for any changes to the composite image. Of course, if you decide to use me, you would not need to pay for the license of individual images.
