From the sign quality to the customer service to installation I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The entire process was amazing! Alexis is fantastic and even drove out to see our sign for an estimate to ensure she was accurate. Easy and professional and the service and response was above and beyond. Using Wide Format during our office move and during the holidays was a life saver! Highly recommend! Don't waste your time with estimates and vendors who are not responsive. Go with Wide Format you will be happy!

We submitted a quote request and they called back almost instantly and had a tech out to us on the same day. Our tech (Erin) was incredibly informative, helpful, and kind! I think the pricing was extremely reasonable and will absolutely be giving them my business again in the future.

We have done business with the Wide Format Company for years in different capacities. Initially they put logos on our vehicles and did a fantastic job. For years they printed plan copies for our construction company and displayed fantastic customer service. They then also sold us a commercial grade 4000XL plotter and have maintained it for us impeccably. They recently relocated the plotter for us to our new office and did a great job. I highly recommend the many services that the Wide Format Company offers.

We just had Wide Format enlarge some photos to display for an event. The quality of work was outstanding - even the packaging was top notch. Matt was very helpful placing my order and followed up as soon as it was done. Highly recommend Wide Format Company.
