Aaron is always extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was able to call Aaron at anytime, and he was always available and was able to provide helpful advice and/or information. Aaron also demonstrated empathy in our situation, and found us a location based on our needs. For example, when we gave feedback that we wanted a location closer to I-90, with a family friendly environment, he refined the search and was able to find us exactly what we were dreaming about. I look forward to working with Aaron in the future, and would highly recommend his services to anybody looking for real estate!

Aaron is diligent and passionate about finding the best home for me. Whenever I have doubt, Aaron is always available on text and calls. I wish I could give Aaron Zeng more than 5 stars! Moving to another state is stressful enough, but selling your home and moving to the middle of the Pacific Ocean is enough to want to commit yourself into the psych ward! Aaron made the process soo easy I didnt have to even think of what the next step was. He layed out the timeline and things to do and we just did it. Aaron is very communicative, he answers texts, emails, and phone calls. Id send him an email at night and Id get a response right away. We gave him all our trust and he sure delivered. We cant thank him enough!

My husband and I approached Aaron Zeng to guide us with the sale of our home after he had recently sold another home on our street well above listing price. From the moment we contacted Aaron he was responsive and devised a thorough game plan to prepare our home for listing within a short timeframe. I appreciate that Aaron does not cut corners and meticulously focused on details in the presentation of our home (e.g. staging, eliminating pet odors, high quality photography and marketing materials). He even went the extra mile and created tasteful artwork to help with staging our place. Within a few days we accepted an offer well above our listing price, however the buyer had a bit of difficulty finalizing his loan with his lender. Again, Aaron swooped in and professionally managed the situation by diligently following up with the buyer and their lender to ensure that our sale would not derail. We cannot thank him enough for everything he had done for us. I would highly recommend Aaron to others looking to sell!
