This review is a little late. I rented a storage unit from this location for the second time. Caroline is still the bestfriendly and impeccable customer service. Moving can be stressful from packing, loading the U-Haul, and transportation to the storage, but time and time again, Caroline has made the moving process less stressfulgreat location, great office hours, and building access hours. I will definitely rent a storage unit from here if I move again and recommend friends/family, too! Thank you, Caroline, for being the best at what you do! You are a big part of the reason I decided to rent from this location for a second time (:

I have been renting a 5' x 10' at this location since 2019, and I have watched the property change (mostly for the worse) over this time. I plan to move out this month.
Unless you are looking for very short-term storage, I would keep looking. This facility has a nice-looking, newer building, with pretty good access hours; but the management keeps getting worse, and the rent increases are like clockwork.
When I first moved in, I was assured that rent increases were rare and fair, and for a year or two they were. Now that new management has taken over, this property is run just like a typical Public Storage property (Classic "Bait and Switch" marketing) . In a phone conversation two days ago, a staff member at this location admitted to me that the rent advertised on the website is good for no more than a few months at best; followed by a consistent 20% increase every 6-months until you move out. The 5' x 10' unit I am renting advertises for $134/mo online with the first 2-months offered at 50% off as a move-in incentive. I currently pay $182, and they are raising me to $228 next month if I stay.
Recently, there appears to be a significant portion of this property occupied by Roadside Angel. This appears to be a roadside assistance business that uses half the parking spaces, half of all the carts on the property (filled with stacks of used tires), and blocks the hallways with them. If you can get a parking spot, once you are inside navigating the hallways can be difficult due to all of the used tires blocking the lanes.
I usually stop by the bathroom at the end of each visit to wash my hands, as some of the boxes in my unit are dusty. These days, the bathrooms that were once kept clean, are typically filthy with an overflowing trash receptacle, no paper towels, and sometimes soap (if you are lucky).
Entry-level employees are available on-site and answer the phones, but if you need a decision made on anything more than the most routine transaction, you will have to wait for a call back from the property manager. The property manager will never call you back. Buyers beware.
