Big 5 Sporting Goods

Is it asking too much to have a friendly or warm disposition when you work in customer service? Either do that or get a job stocking cause we k ow not everyone is built to smile and be nice. Now I know why I prefer Dicks Sporting Goods.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We went here for volleyball equipment for my daughter. I was walking around getting the things on the list for my daughter and I look up and notice the manager was around my family. We walked to another section and he followed, acting like he was checking inventory but watching us. He saw us going up to the register to pay for our stuff and he went up there looking at the stuff we had. I was so angry, he was not following anyone else in the store and there were plenty of other people there of different ethnicities. My fianc is black, I am white and our kids are biracial, this manager made it pretty clear we were not welcome. We were on a time crunch so we got the things my child needs but we will not be back after this interaction. I am still livid after this interaction.

Great choice for camping tents & sleeping bags and accessories here. The manager was especially helpful and knowledgeable. Nice to know there are still down to earth people here in bellevue which seems to be getting more snobby by the day
