The owner is un-helpful and extremely rude. I recommend buying from on-line or any other source available to you, before you think of purchasing anything from World Cup.

These guys have tuned my skis for decades. I have also had expert bicycle work done there.

Based on a friends recommendation I had World Cup mount a set of binding for me. After picking them up I made the unfortunate mistake of not testing my boots in my bindings until I was at the top of the Gondola at Crystal Mt. preparing to ski down Green Valley. I won't go through the entire story but the bottom line is that the binding wasn't set for my boot. With a screwdriver at the top of Green Valley I was able to adjust the bindings to work with my boots and enjoyed the rest of the day. Basically, I had to lower the toe plate to fit my WTR boots and move the heel up 4 clicks. I could have done the final adjustments on the bindings at home but I believed it was important to let the ski shop know about the problem. When I took the skis into the shop and told my story the technician in the store told me that he couldn't tell me what they did wrong because I changed the settings. Then he told me I could leave them and come back later when they had been adjusted. There was no one in the shop and I asked him to bring me a screwdriver and I would do it myself. He relented and took them back and adjusted them properly, which took a total of 5 minutes. I watched while he lowered the toe place even more than I had. When I asked him how this could have happened he told me that he couldn't comment since I had adjusted the bindings. Basically, he was claiming it was my fault. I know enough to know that it was not my fault. Either they fitted my binding to another boot, they forgot to size the bindings after they mounted them, or the person who mounted them didn't know how to adjust WTR compatible bindings. I have been adjusting bindings for different boots for over 35 years. I understand that mistakes happen. Ski shops should acknowledge their mistakes and try to make it right. I will not be returning to World Cup or recommending them to any of my friends.
