I had an appointment scheduled days in advance. When I reached the office, took few seconds to check in with the phone, by scanning the QR code and few minutes to get a SMS with the number of the kiosk to go to. It was super fast and smooth. Polite stuff.

Its too slow. I got the 35* number but the number jumped directly from 349 to 361. What does that mean? ? Only two windows were opened originally? Forget about another one that shuts down midway. I can understand behaviors such as going to the toilet or drinking water, but what does it mean to use it for more than 40 minutes? Did you buy a house in the toilet? So whats the point of us paying taxes?

I would encourage anyone planning to vote Democrat in america, to look at the process of this place. This is the same thing they are doing in the capitol. More government, more problems. These are your tax dollars at work. Go to any Republican state. The whole process takes 15-20 minutes. Not 4 hours. Please quit voting democrat
