Again I have to mark up a star for a rating - if you shipped something to someone and he decides to cancel and you sent the an item, their is no guarantee this person is going to return the item, if its canceled and shipping was sent, MAKE SURE YOU GET PAYMENT FIRST, there is a security method that the receiver doesnt have to pay until he or she receives the item, dont gamble this method, there is a 98% chance they wont return the item and you loose your sales and item sent! The administration for the application will not do anything BE ALERT WITH YOUR SELLING SHIPMENT.

Horrible experience as a seller and highly encourage all sellers to NEVER do business through them. OfferUp has held my money for 7 months now from items I sold on there. Items had been shipped and received. This issue has been a technical one on their end and I have contacted support MANY times and it's always the same answer as "we are still working to resolve this issue" with no further details or accommodations.

I posted some antique books for sale, but a few days later I got a generic notice that my account has been removed due to (allegedly) violating the terms of service, though nothing specific about what I violated. I re-read the terms, and find nothing that I did wrong. I wrote to customer service asking for specifics on their claim and a chance to refute the it, but have heard nothing since.

Horrible app, MEAN people in charge of customer service and relations. They closed my account after my very first posting of a vehicle that didnt sell on their clunky app. No explanation. Luckily, I HAVE THE LAST WORD, MY REVIEW! Tee-hee!!
