Rachel has gone over and above working and assisting me with navigating through the Zenoi process. She has been very patient helpful. She was always available for conference Teams calls weekly. sometimes more than one call per week. She responded to emails promptly with answers. It was a great pleasure working with Rachel.

We are a small medspa that offers lots of services We had many issues with our previous EMR, so we decided to go with Zenoti. We believe Zenoti offers the best program for medspa operations. The program is intuitive and friendly; yet it offers everything we need to run our business efficiently and robust for high quality reporting. The implementation process was short and easy, thanks to Venu and his support team who have helped us through it and addressed all questions, literally in real time. We rolled out the program a week ago, and our staff already in love. All my expectations were surpassed within a week. If you are interested in modern technology for medical spas, Zenoti is for you!

Possibly the worst software I have come across in 14 years of running salons Sales people very good at selling the dream, then you sign up and it all goes downhill Being the most expensive salon software you think you are getting top notch but do not be fooled - more than 6 months in and still with the setup team - we are using as being charged but reluctantly Their software does not work with Android. Their staff app does not work and is shocking for 2023 that they have only created this properly for apple devices The web version also does not work on mobiles - it has set me way back. Thought by pyaing more I would be able to automate more and do less but no.... having to do more admin than ever This is why they don't allow free trials. Make it look great and then once you are locked in you are stuck Avoid

As a very busy Medical Spa in California we rely heavily on software for scheduling, record keeping, communication and automation. Until February of this year, we used 5 different apps to help us accomplish everything that needs to be done on a day by day basis. Zenoti was recommended to us by a business consultant and after many months (and numerous meetings and demonstrations) I decided to give it a try. Since starting with Zenoti last month I am very impressed with it's capabilities and we haven't even started with any of the membership and marketing features. I feel that we are only using 20% of Zenoti's power so far and we have already noticed a significant improvement of our workflows and time savings. One of the apps Zenoti replaced was Lightspeed, our POS system, and Zenoti made taking payments (including credit cards) so much easier. At the end of the day, getting paid is the lifeline on any business. With Zenoti we even have a better credit card processing rate than we had with Lightspeed. The 0.01% in difference could translate into several $1000's at our volume. The onboarding took a few months as we needed to transfer data from numerous other apps and merge them together inside Zenoti but Rajesh and Senthil made this as easy as it gets. I consider myself very detail oriented and often times change workflows on short notice but Rajesh and Senthil keep up with all of my changes and help me turn ideas into reality within 24 hours. I am very grateful to have these 2 working with me. It's a huge step as a medical office to change software after using multiple apps for many years and I admit that it was pretty scary at the beginning, however the team at Zenoti made the transition painless and so far I am happy that we made the switch.
