      image Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've had with any business. My wife and I came in to this branch and provided all necessary documents to file our taxes and were told all we had to do was log in the online portal and pay to file. I log online and there is no way to communicate with my Tax Pro (Sung) or pay for filing. I have emailed and called my Tax Pro several times over the last two weeks, called the Factoria branch several times, and I still have not heard back from my Tax Pro. On top of that, I called the corporate customer service line and they claim they have no way of contacting the Tax Pro directly! This is an absolute disaster and it's safe to say I will not be returning to this Tax Pro or branch again (if I'm ever able to file!).
