        For context, I never write google reviews. I had a very straightforward purchase order to be shipped and was given a quote which didnt yet include shipping. My quote did include my address so it could be calculated. After bringing the president of the company into the thread, his response was accusatory and inappropriate, and dismissive of my business. I have no trust in them to fulfill any POs with them in the future. Mr. Lindsay, is this the company image you want for your customers?
