Good products and brochures but the customer service is not there. On 9/16/23 around the late afternoon like 3 P.M., after purchasing my bagged soil, a guy was supposed to help me load them. Total 36 bags. But ever since the first bag, he started throwing them into the bed while I was inside to help him load it. I told him to just put the bags on the edge of the bed so that the bags will not rip open during impact. While loading, he has hit my truck with the bags because he is basically throwing the backs onto the back of the truck. To no surprise, when he threw the bag, it ripped open in the middle spilling dirt all over my car. Now if I did not get the bagged soil I shouldn't even be mad that there is soil in my car but if I buy bagged soil with the expectation of not getting my car dirty, that is different. After the bag of soil spilled, I told him to be more careful and sighed. He then got really emotional and upset and said " f you, you can load your own sht" and walked away. This was better for me as it would not make a mess and he was unpleasant to work with. This seems like a great business but the last impression was so poor.
