If you're experiencing poor customer service or no serviceat all, call Corporate like we did. Corporate had someone call us (from another service office) within 15 minutes. The other service office was amazing, prompt and highly professional from start to service.

Our initial experience was amazing- very responsive, competitive quote, and great product. After the install we have had ongoing issues with no response from the Bellevue team. A year ago I reached out to corporate and after corporate tried multiple times, I finally got someone to come out. They could only partially fix the problem and stated they would check in with Hans and Josh and get back to me. Called every number I had multiple times and no returned calls. Not only did the problem not fix, there attempt created new ripples in the turf making it look worse. I contacted corporate again who has reached out to the Bellevue office twice and still no response. I chose them because I liked their product better and they seemed great and responsive, but poor customer service after install makes me wish we went a different direction.
