Dr. Robinson & the team took such good care of our dog. He gave us options in the treatment plan, listened to our concerns, and demonstrated the highest level of care. All the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate early drop-offs, late pick-ups, urgent care, and any other needs. I can't say enough good things about this clinic and our experiences there.

Entered the queue online from home and was taken to a room immediately upon arrival. Everyone was kind, calm, and courteous. We appreciated Dr. Chan's thorough explanation and positive demeanor. Thank you for taking good care of our dog.

I highly recommend Bellevue Veterinary Emergency and Specialty if you are in need of highly experienced and attentive veterinary professionals. Ive had many canine companions in my life time which also means Ive have my fair share of vet and emergency vet visits. My experience with this this veterinary clinic was exemplary. This is veterinary care at its absolute finest. Everyone I worked with and spoke with were extremely patient, understanding, compassionate and informative. Every single person at this clinic understands how deeply important our animal companions are to us and the amount of care, thoughtfulness and compassion they demonstrate is a reflection of that. And it can only be matched by the knowledge, expertise and professionalism for which they conduct their care. I brought my 7 year old French Bulldog in for an emergency visit and after a thorough examination it was determined she would need an emergency life saving surgery. I of course was overwhelmed with stress, anxiety and a sense of loss but I was able to meet with the surgeon (Anastacia) and she was extremely patient and understanding with me. She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and she was able to ease my concerns by explaining the surgery and process to me. After speaking with her I felt reassured that my little one was in the best and most capable hands possible. After an hour and a half the surgery was complete and everything went incredibly well and I was able to bring Isla back home the next day. She had to have a pretty significant surgery so I deeply appreciated the attentiveness and support I was given even with her after care process. This clinic and those who work there absolutely go the extra mile. I am so deeply thankful for them and especially for Islas surgeon, Anastacia. I cannot thank her enough. From here on out Bellevue Veterinary Emergency & Specialty is the only clinic I will go to for any future emergency veterinary needs.

On July 4th we had taken our sweet girl Luna to another veterinary hospital close to our home due to some excessive panting not normal to her behavior. After her check-in they immediately declined her care and recommended we take her to an emergency hospital. They recommended Blue Pearl Renton and Bellevue Veterinary Emergency. We decided to go to Bellevue Veterinary because Blue Pearl is always busy and we were so scared we didn't want to waste anytime. We called ahead and when we arrived the staff were incredible. They didn't waste any time and took her to the back immediately as we completed the check-in process. While we waited they put in her in an oxygen chamber to help her with her breathing. The staff advised that she was stable and comfortable. Due to the holiday they advised they were short staffed and said it could be a couple hours before the doctor could see her so they offered to call us once the evaluation was done, we agreed. They called and recommended an xray which we agreed to. They were very transparent with the options and costs. Sadly the doctor gave us the bad news that Luna had cancer that had spread to her lungs and that it was pretty advanced. After talking to the doctor we decided to take her home and have a separate service come out the next day so she could pass at home in our arms where she would be comfortable. The doctor and staff were so supportive and comforting. They gave us referrals on services we were seeking. I would recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate to take our other girl Pearl there in the event of an emergency.
