        We bought 5 gift cards here, $65.69 each (enough for an xbox game plus tax). When we went to use one of them there was zero balance. Someone had been used it WITHOUT US SCRATCHING OFF THE PIN NUMBER! Without scratching off the others, we call to check the balance and they all have ZERO BALANCE and we're used!! I filed a claim with GameStop on Feb 20th. They say they'll contact me in 3 to 5 days. 2 weeks goes by and I call back on March 6th. After being on hold for 48 minutes they tell me they decided not to reimburse because it was used in the same state. It doesn't matter that we haven't scratched off the PIN numbers. How could we have used them without scratching them off?! THIS STORE HAS THIEVES FOR EMPLOYEES AND GAMESTOP SHOWS NO SUPPORT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
