        Poor service. Lady working today was very slow and did not had experience about waxing. It took 1 hr just for full hand wax without underarms. Also the rate is on higher end. Time is not respected even after booking an appointment it on phone. Would not recommend.

        I had my eyebrows done 2 days ago.I got home and I have noticed the lady there she had done one eyebrow thick and one thinner!she threaded my right eyebrow to much that made so very thin.I will not use this service again.

        Walked in and the tech Was sitting in a customer chair, one foot up with her shoe off and on her cell phone. A customer was checking in and she informed me to wait to check-in. She arched one eyebrow higher and thinner than the other. Additionally, when waxing my lip, applied the wax in the most sloppy way possible in one stroke (unnecessary amount of wax). She then began to wax WITHOUT pulling my skin taut I had swelling in the corners. to top it all off, there was A LOT of hair remaining. Brow Arc you charge entirely too much money to have your techs be this unprofessional. Services: Hair threading, Body waxing
