We loved living here! Cheryl and Alex are absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and fast with responses! The apartment complex itself, are very clean and professional. Units look brand new with nice appliances inside. We will miss it here!

Very pretty place. It's has sucurd front doors ( you have to be buzzed in by someone that lives there or have your own key to unlock the doors) once inside you come to find yourself in a upscale lobbie with very pleasant decorations and different seating options and arraignments.

We moved into the Park View Village Apartments sight unseen and Cheryl the property manager was so helpful and easy to communicate with. She sent us videos of multiple units for us to choose between to best suit our needs prior to making our final decision. She is by far the best property manager we've had the pleasure of leasing from. Would recommend the property to others as not only are the apartment and community amenities great so is the management and service. Cheryl and Alex are very responsive to work orders and get requests handled in a timely manner. The apartment has a trail right behind it that leads to a park, which is great if you have pets or enjoy being outdoors. If you are looking for an apartment to lease then look no further this is the spot for you.

Weve had 5+ break-ins over the past year. Countless stolen bikes, and recently, they broke into secured stores units. At one point, a tweaker was found roaming the halls not once but twice. There is a known homeless camp 200ft from the building. You can see the worn-down foot path they use nightly to trespass onto the property. Management tries to sweep these issues under the rug and publicly promised they would take actions, but its all lip-service. Nothing has been done. Residents do not feel safe living here. You can hear gunshots and sirens daily from the largest homeless camp in bellingham, which is less than a 1/4mi as the crow flies from the apartment (across meridian, right behind walmart). Stolen cars are constantly being abandoned right outside along stuart road. They use them as dropboxes for the local drug dealers. Last july I literally had to fight off two dudes that were about to break into my truck one evening. Beware if you move here thinking this is a nice park-like setting with a modern apartment. It is a known target for thieves, and the owner could care lessjust as long as they can upload the guise of this being a luxury apartment. The brand new apartment nextdoor, the Crescent, literally has seen feces in their elevator, and a squatter that broke into one of the vacant units. Do not be deceived by the park-like settings here; this is not a safe place to live, and absolutely not worth the Seattle prices they charge for rent.
