Calypso Kitchen

As an event coordinator and a former kitchen manager and professional baker, I haven't found anyone locally that quite compares to Sarah. Her menus are creative, perfectly executed, and sensitive to a variety of dietary needs. Sarah herself is a delight and her staff are highly professional. I will recommend Calypso Kitchen to anyone who will listen.

Exceptional and delicious food. Was at a catered event and can't say enough. The chicken was heavenly, the veggies were still crispy and fresh yet cooked and seasoned well. Not salty, full of flavor, everything is very good! This is wonderful food for catered events, I highly recommend Calypso Kitchen.

The hibiscus nectar is pure heaven in a bottle. Sarah's green sauce, pepper sauce, and tamarind sauce are among my favorites to make any at-home dish come to life. The take-home meals are delicious AND healthy. Calypso is a true treasure in Bellingham. Thank you, Sarah!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Calypso Kitchen for our fundraising event. Sarah and her team were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive to our questions and requests, and Sarah made sure that everything was perfect for the evening - it was above and beyond what we could have asked for.The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The staff were both friendly and professional, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend Calypso Kitchen to anyone looking for a caterer for their next event. It's a top-notch experience, with excellent service and even more excellent dishes. Our fundraiser had over 300 guests and the efficiency of the team allowed for total peace of mind throughout the evening.We received many compliments on the food, drinks, and how clean everything was after Sarah and her team left. Our only regret is not taking more photos of the wonderful spread. (I've attached the menu we had on the tables that we printed up). We look forward to future collaborations with Calypso Kitchen!
