Being a member of the Bellingham Regional Chamber of Commerce over the years has been beneficial to my small business. Through the chamber, I have been able to attend events and to connect with fellow business leaders in powerful ways.
I once read this quote: "What shows up when you show up?" That quote makes me think of the chamber. Each time I have showed up at a chamber event, whether it was a virtual networking meeting, an educational offering or an in-person happy hour, I have been able to reconnect with peers, meet someone I did not know before and/or learn something new. Being a chamber member puts my business, Bellingham PR & Communications, in the flow with the local business community. I like that!
I also appreciate how the chamber advocates on behalf of local businesses and how the chamber director works to convene stakeholder groups so they can work collaboratively toward a common goal.
If you are a local business leader, show up, get in the flow and see what happens. #recommend

I have been a Chamber member for many years. Not only have I gained business from the relationships I have developed but I have also gained many friends. I am a firm believer in networking and supporting businesses in my community. I will ALWAYS be a Chamber member!
