Fast and easy. Checked in at 15:25 for my 17:45. appt. Was called for a door about a minute after checking in and was out the gate loaded at 17:15. Thanks

I checked in at 3pm and These morons got me loaded 9pm on Friday Night only to realize they did not have some USDA paperwork in order and they cannot let me go. Load is canceled and Im stuck here till Monday. Of course the broker is just as helpless as youd expect. I guess if you getting loaded here at BCS call them and ask stupid questions like if all the paperwork in correct order and they are positive they can get you loaded. Better safe than sorry. Thank you for not doing your job. You costed me a couple grand in lost income. Update: any miscommunication could have been resolved at the stage when I just checked in. Not wait until 9pm Friday after actually getting me loaded, and having to unload me.
