My husband was the test run, then I went. Both of us are extremely happy with the care. Every aspect of our appointments was excellent. Front office was professional, as were the hygienist and dentist. Felt heard and received quality care.* I was happy. Now I'm furious!! Dental care was fine, billing is a nightmare! I've left 4 phone messages (no one answers when you call). No response! I've been dealing with billing errors for months! No one calls back. No one emails.

Had a wisdom tooth removed last week, went fairly quick as far as I can tell ,but when I was waking up I was already being put in a wheelchair and wheeled out, no time allowed to wake up. Also as we got farther away I realized I couldn't losey mouth, the bite block was still in my mouth and a piece of gauze was stuck in my mouth. Not even on the extraction site. No blood clot formed and am now stuck with dry socket. Went in to get it looked at and was basically told to tough it out and keep it rinsed.also received a text saying that I missed an appt yesterday( I was early. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist and this did not help. Would absolutely not recommend. The office staff was super nice but it's not enough.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this dental office to anyone. Ever. My last straw was the condescending dentist who laughed at my fear. She also did such a bad job at "cleaning" my teeth I received a complimentary service at my new dentist 3 weeks later. I have a cracked filling they chose to ignore instead insisting I need a tooth that is no longer in my mouth (wisdom) filled. This was nothing compared to the MONTHS of painful and expensive procedures to retreat a root canal. Meeta Bhatt left the cyst in my mouth after 2 treatments, which abscessed, and I have since LOST MY TOOTH. Meeta Bhatt rushed the entire process, didn't bother setting my bite correctly, and botched the root canal entirely. When my tooth was pulled April 1, 2024 the cyst was attached to the root bundle. Not to mention very much visible in all x-rays and 3-D scans prior to the procedure and following. I believe this incompetence starts from the top and is running rampant!!! If they consider this an adequate service which was claimed by their care team run by Jamie Pierce and Amanpreet Gill, then I am seriously confused. SAVE YOURSELF and your money. Do not go to Gentle Dental Sehome Village.
