        The restaurant staff refused to split my check to accommodate my need to separate business expenses and subsequently refused to provide me with an itemized receipt. I was told to take it up with the hotel front desk. On a separate trip, I was berated by a guest while attempting to check out and the staff did not attempt to intervene, deescalate or even bother to speak on the matter. They took my room key and told me to have a nice day. Will not be returning for a third incident.
