If I could give zero stars I would. I should have left a review long ago but suffice to say that Harle misdiagnosed my child causing only further trauma and recommended he be sent to a private military boarding school. The exact opposite of what was needed. Finally got a correct diagnosis and treatment but in childrens lives time matters and time was wasted with this place and Harle and damage was caused we cannot get that time back. Stay away from there as you can see from the employee reviews its bad. There is a lot more I can say but just stay away from these toxic people.

Sendan has changed our family and school life forever!! We are so lucky to have this wonderful group of people working with our family. I've been told by many teachers and people in our community that we are very lucky to be with Sendan. The staff go above and beyond helping us and making sure needs are meant. We highly recommend Sendan!!

I worked at Sendan for 2 years. I had an amazing experience with my supervisors. I felt supported as I moved from BT to LABA to BCaBA. The company was flexible with me doing less hours as I was in school. Highly recommend working here!

TL; DR: This company lacks ethics and compassion. It's about how much money they can make for their specialized folks who give them their multidisciplinary, "one stop shop" status. Neither their clinets or employees are treated as well as they should be. As a human being who believes that ALL children, even neurodivergent ones, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, I do not recommend this place to parents who are looking for a company that will provide play-based, trauma-informed, or restraint and seclusion-free ABA. These practices are what give ABA a bad name, and the field as a whole needs to omit them from its practice. Most other ABA companies in the area have adopted policies against these archaic and brutal methods. You could get lucky and get a decent BCBA at Sendan with a BT too new to the field to know that they're in a toxic work environment that teaches unethical practices as "behavior intervention," or you could guarantee your child will be treated with dignity and respect elsewhere. As a former employee (Behavior Technician), I don't recommend this place for employment. If you want to get into working in ABA, guaranteed you'll make AT LEAST $5 more per hour anywhere else at a starting rate. If you're working on a Master's, you're also going to find great, probably even better opportunities for supervision hours elsewhere. In addition, I have worked at ABA companies who reduce the hourly rate for administrative time, but not for time under supervision this clinic does that. It's insane. They will nickel and dime you and treat you like you wouldn't know otherwise. Admin and upper management are pretentious and demeaning. You're a tool to them, not joking, and let it be known: their company does not make money in ABA unless they have a BT to hold a direct therapy session. What you do is literally what insurance companies pay them for. Trust me, they need you more than you need them, and you deserve better.
