It would be difficult to overstate how good Anny at Neighborhood is at her job. She was handed my kid's file (that had been neglected by another lender) the day before Thanksgiving with six businesses days until a hard closing date. She did it in five. Anny Havland is amazing! Made an offer on my dream property and it was a difficult purchase with a tight close date. I am confident that if I did not have Anny as my loan officer the purchase would never have happened. She went far above and beyond to insure that my loan closed. She kept in touch every day and was a great source of information and was such a supportive person through the process. Her ability to think outside of the box is pretty impressive.
