High Tone Pet Spa & Academy

I will definitely be back! I was extremely nervous leaving my boy somewhere new for so long without me due to his high anxiety. The team did a great job getting him bathed, deshedded, and nails cut even when he would snip at them. I appreciate how they listened to my concerns about him trying to run off as he managed to run out the door of a vet office before I had time to finish filling out paperwork in my car. so they were sure to make sure he couldn't escape and handles him well. I have a 15 year old cat that has never been groomed and is scared of almost everyone she meets, she stopped grooming herself and had some really bad mattes down her back and stomach. They did an amazing job shaving her, her lion cut was definitely the cutest thing youve ever seen and she got her nails trimmed and ears cleaned. I was amazed they were able to Groom her. I highly recommend this place, awesome staff, great service and a great value.

I had my kitten come in, who is 5 months old, to get washed, trimmed, nail clips, the works!!! Ended up not being able to bathe or clean him and was still charged full price for it. I understand he wasnt the easiest to deal with because he was scared and not in his comfortable environment with anybody he knew but I wasnt expecting to pay full price for treatmeants he never received.

Was able to see our Husky the next day, they did an amazing job, he looks and feels so much better!, thank you high tone!

My husband in town for work and after a couple months of our dog going to the construction site with him, he was in desperate need of grooming. I looked around and read reviews and High Tone seemed like a good fit. High Tone did a fabulous job on our german wirehaired pointer (he should be stripped but we did not request that from this location since it was our first time there). He usually leaves a groomer looking like a doodle cut and very goofy. They really listened to our goals and far exceeded them. His nails especially looked so good!! His cut was even and fit his body instead of just giving him a one size fits all standard cut. The price was very fair for the large sized dog we have (75 lbs). He even seemed very happy afterwards!! We would definitely return.
