If you're looking into a reverse mortgage and want to be absolutely robbed blind, look no further! There are many reputable companies out there that will absolutely be of better assistance to you when looking into a reverse mortgage and I strongly suggest that you seek them out before you consider working with this con artist. At the end of the day, it seems as though Steve couldn't care less about anything but filling his own pockets with your hard earned money. If you're already in the midst of working with him, please proceed with caution for your and your family's sake.

Steve assisted my wife and I in securing our 1st Reverse Mortgage. For the uninitiated, a Reverse Mortgage is extordinarily difficult to comprehend. Steve did an exceptional job in educating us, preparing us, guiding us and made sure our application was sound and ready for submission. If competitive bids are part of your experience, Steve is honest and does what he says he'll do. Ten year Treasury rates are key to timing your application and Steve kept us informed on how to time the best rates. He was on top of any issue we encountered and was accessable, seemingly just about any time you needed information. The best part was it took only 30 days to complete the process and another few days to receive our money. I highly recommend Steve. BTW I'm not a paid ad writer but a real, very satisfied customer.
