If you are Black or a "person of color", I HATE that description but whatever, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will not genuinely help you. A couple years ago I was starting the process to purchasing a home. My credit score was not an issue. I don't remember the exact score but it was approx 730 or so. The interest rates at that time were LOW 3's, high 2s. These people only showed/offered me rates in the high 4s, low 5s. When I called them out on this blatant racist predatory practice, to explain this travesty. I was not given a reason, nor did they show why. They just sent me an email with an amended number still in the mid 4% range. At that point I cut bait and ceased communication. Again, if you are Black or have any noticeable melanin, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Mason and his team made our home buying process smooth and easy (as easy as it can be). We met several times during the process to discuss options, and they were always responsive to our questions and quick to run numbers for us on particular homes we were interested in. We will definitely recommend Mason to friends and family, and hope to work with him again in the future if we buy another home.

Mason and team were great to work with. They helped us navigate the market as first time homebuyers and made the lending process smooth and painless. Brett and Jami stayed in contact with us weekly while our home build was being completed and made sure we got the best rate possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else that's in the market.
