My girlfriend and I had spent two years looking for a house, put in a lot of offers, had not seen any success and it was very frustrating. We took a first time home buyers class with Duane, and he offered to help us out. We thought working with a different lender might be worth a try so the next house we saw come on the market, we asked Duane about it. He helped us put in an offer I didn't even think was possible for us. The house ended up going to an all cash offer(waved all the inspections, you know one those DEEP pocket people/firms) and there is nothing we could have done about that. But the fact that we had been under valuing our potential this whole time and Duane had taken time to look at our specific situation, understand our goals and put in the one on one time, it helped us get in position that the next week we put in another offer and we got accepted. Long story short, two years working with one lender, nothing. One month working with Duane, we got a house. Thanks again Duane.
