        Been living here in a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment for a few weeks now. I'm enjoying it so far. Pros: - Price is great for what you get. Similarly priced apartments are either outdated or don't have as many amenities. - Huge kitchen and bathroom. - Gated community. - Full size washer and dryer. - Wonderful office staff. - Tall ceilings. - No pet rent!! - Utilities (water, sewage, trash) are cheaper than everywhere else. Cons: - Walls and floors are a bit thin. I can hear the bumps and creaks from next door neighbors and neightbors below my unit. - No garbage disposal in kitchen. - No smoking area on property. - Bathroom fan ventilation isn't the best.

        Its good to see a nice, clean apartment complex with new and up to date interior styling thats priced competitively with other apartments in the area that are outdated. The fact that its gated provides a nice peace of mind given the occasional theft in the area. Im very excited to be moving in!
