Exavier was amazing, very precise, communicative, informative and such a kind person. Hes very authentic and definitely knows how to actively listen to people. I can see just how much he enjoys his work and is willing to assist and very professional. I found this place by referral and I can see why. Dont listen to the negative comments because everything has a price and many times you cant have it all unless you choose to see it that way by navigating through the pros and cons and willingness to compromise. You can have it all and this place can be that. With a rec room, firepit area to rent, kids playground and dog park. Its close to many businesses and taking a left to head on over to the Silverdale mall. The apartment homes are extremely nice and very much worth your money. The greenery and views on high floors are refreshing. Balcony and storage are a plus. Washer/dryer units which are more than others offers for a higher price or just under, without the amenities. Package lockers, great office staff, and the energy is hard to come across. Not everyone will be pleased as everyone has their own perception but you cant miss the fact that this place has amazing people living here and running it. We cant wait to create memories here and really make it home. I work in SeaTac and yet still, the distance is worth the vibe and everything it has to offer. I love this city and actually preference this side of town, despite the naysayers. There is a con in everything situation but it doesnt have to be a negative factor if theres much more good outweighing that, for those placing emphasis on that. Thank you, for making the app process and everything it entails, such a breeze and enjoyable! ***update Its so nice and quiet, we are settling in and huge thank you to Exavier who made it a positive experience for my family. Weve already have been visiting many businesses conveniently located nearby and close in Silverdale. Even my dog is happy . I hope it continues to remain great and looking forward to the changing seasons. I have to share, Brittany, the property manager is amazing too. The management here is communicative and helpful.

My move to Insignia was smooth and flawless. Exavier was wonderful, extremely helpful, attentive to details, punctual and very welcoming. The apartment is spotless and fully functional on move in day. Thank for making our move so easy Exavier.
