Dutch Bros Coffee

We had two people taking orders one per lane. And the female totally skipped us and went to the other lane to talk to her friend. The male noticed and had to leave his lane just to help us and jump back to his when done all because she had more interest in her friends than anything. He then proceeded to do both lanes because she was oblivious to the fact she was at work rather than the night club her mind was clearly residing in. Shout to to the guy who took over for himself and her.

We live on the peninsula, so we make it a point to stop by the Wheaton Way Dutch Bros when we're across the bridge, even if it's a little out of the way. The drinks are fantastic, but the staff is absolutely out of this world. Every single visit, no matter who is on staff that day, we are treated so well. They are always engaging and fun, even when they are packed with customers. My daughter turned 22 today. With a multitude of health struggles, including 2 brain surgeries last year, it has been a journey getting to to this point. She really needed a better start to this next trip around the sun. When she ordered her birthday drink, they went out of their way and decorated her cup. All the employees in the store shouted a big happy birthday to her as we pulled away. We were in tears. They don't know us, or her story. They just wanted to make her day special. They have no idea how much that meant to her. I have always had a wonderful experience at every Dutch Bros I've visited, but this crew is just next level.

There are a lot and I mean a lot of mocha stands in Port Orchard. I have gone to just about all of them in the last 30 years and I have to say. Dutch Bros has THE BEST EMPLOYEES! They are always a happy bunch of ppl. Makes it a very easy and fun shopping experience even if the line is almost in the Walmart parking lot.
