Joseph has to be one of the nicest people I have spoken with. He tried to help my oldest son with his gaming laptop. He really tried everything possible, but no luck. My son's coffee won. Thank you so much for trying and for being pleasant to work with.

After 25 years of not building anything. My adult son and I wanted to be able to game across state lines with each other so we researched and bought every piece of this PC and when he came to visit we built it... Apparently we put the CPU in backwards and bent some pins on the motherboard. It just sat there for over 4 months... After some research we settled on Denali computers to do the repair .. they were over an hour away, and I'm still glad we did it.. they made the repair and hooked everything else up that was forgotten. I am very happy with their service and would do business with them again regardless of distance. Tonight I am gaming on that beast... Now if I could just cut out of work early

We drove 1+ hours to drop off a computer to get it looked at and fixed.. He was kind and gave email updates, letting my husband know what was wrong/going on and how much it was going to be.. We were so happy when it was fixed and back home. Now my husband is enjoying playing his PC games!! Will definitely recommend this place to others.

He helped me out with my Custom pc he was able to find out what the problem is and fix it without any problems and he even helped me out with a couple of miscellaneous things related to the pc one of which is why my vr headset wasn't showing sound in the settings he informed me that one of my screens at home might be Causing the headset not to connect surely enough I got home following his advice and it was indeed one of 3 screens here it turns out it was the tv that was the issue once I unplugged it the headset worked like a charm
