        I cannot believe or understand that you guys are still partnered with TurboTax. So gross. Funny that a bank that purports to help its members would partner with a company who spent millions to abuse your customers. I'm sorry you are aligned with a business that is anti-customer.

        I joined Kitsap Credit Union because I believed that it was truly a small community-oriented Bank. I have had nothing but problems with them in the 5 months I have been a member. It is been stressful and I am closing my account today after they returned my Social Security payments by changing my account number and never notifying me of this. Impossible to get a hold of on the phone and was hung up on twice by whatever humans in whatever country are answering their phones. I realize all banks are pyramid schemes but I had much higher hope for this supposedly Community oriented Bank. It is not.
