        Well, it's hard to give them more then one star when they won't answer the phone and there website says 24/7. I'm sure they would return my call if I could leave a message but the answering service mailbox is full so that's a no go as well.

      We are sorry we were not able to get your call. On our end, the phone record does not show that Anyone has called this morning and our voicemail box is not full. Unfortunately since we are a mobile only service we do not have an office phone and are subject to all the ups and downs of cell phone service. We do accept Text Messages, Emails/Gmails and Facebook Messages as alternatives!We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will work on fixing this issue as soon as possible!Have a safe and Happy Holiday Season!
