I strongly recommend Wayne and his team. My wife and I own the Port Gamble General Store & Cafe and late yesterday our cafe drains became backed up and unusable, which would have required us to keep our cafe closed until the situation was addressed. I called Wayne and he took action immediately scheduling his guy, Mark, to be at the store first thing this AM. Mark was very professional, friendly and effective. Everything was set straight and cleaned up so that we could open the cafe on time. Excellent customer service and follow through. Service: Drain cleaning

This is the second time using Budget Rooter. I called Budget on Sunday (the bathroom toilet and sink not draining or flushing). Budget called me back early Monday morning and went right out to the house in Kingston, it was fixed by 1pm. The 1st time was in July, Budget re-piped my kitchen drain, as it wasnt connected to the sewer. All the grey water was going in the side yard. Mark the repairman diagnosed the problem and returned the next day connected the kitchen drain to the sewer pipe. Mark started at 8am and did not get done until after 5:30pm. Bottom line I am extremely please with Budget Rooter Plumbing. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning
