If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a dishwasher from Costco. Costco has 3rd parties that install the appliance. Northwest Appliance came out to install and remove my existing dishwasher. Per the installation crew the new dishwasher was broken. I understood this was not their fault. However, they could not reinstall my existing dishwasher as they accidentally cut the hose. Really? How does that accident happen when the hose is visible and is attached to the dishwasher? Nonetheless I overlooked this issue. They carted my old dishwasher and advised me to contact Costco for an expedited delivery and install. A week later I get a call from Ryan the owner of Northwest Appliance who was started off being snotty saying I know Costco stated this Friday the 9th of April but they (Costco) had no right to promise anything. I tried to get a word in but Ryan continued to interrupt me so much so I was getting pretty frustrated. I told him do not schedule me for anything just bring me back my working dishwasher. He laughed and said he no longer had it and to deal with Costco. I asked who is the owner I'd like to escalate. Again he laughs very arrogantly and states he is. I told him his customer service was atrocious and he doesn't deserve my business or anyone else's. He then said you are just trying to pin this and point the finger on someone. Well he won't have to worry about me as a customer or possibly any customer of Costco's when I'm done. No one deserves the disservice he and his crew have caused me and then the blatant rudeness only to discover he is the owner. Well I'll do what I can in working with Costco to ensure he cannot do this to anyone else that orders appliances from Costco in the Skagit Valley and / or Whidbey Island.
