Hi Bill! Thank you for taking the time comment on insurance rates. I’m not sure how much you’ve followed this in the news, but insurance has been a very popular topic the last 12 months. With car prices skyrocketing the last few years, as well as the cost labor, etc., insurance companies across the board have had to evaluate their rates so that they are collecting enough to be able to pay out claims. This is not unique to our company. In our state, we have been paying out much more than we take in premiums for a few years now, so the only way to correct that is to raise rates. I know that is never fun, especially for customers like you who haven’t had many claims – I completely understand the frustration. We are in a state that has not been hit as hard as many others, in fact in many states they have completely stopped taking any new policies at all. The good news is that this is not something I anticipate continuing, at least at this level. Insurance always will go up a bit over time just to keep up and the increase in cost of the things that insurance is designed to pay for. In my 16 years in this business, this past year has been the largest increase I’ve personally seen, including on my own policy. I am a consumer too, so I understand. So again, you can feel confident that this will not be a pattern, and I fully anticipate it to slow down as insurance companies return to profitability over the next few months. I hope so -- so cross your fingers!
