        Update on review, I see they refunded my rental fee in full. Never did get a call on this so I upgrading my stars. They are very friendly. Rented unit online and went to the facility and they have no ADA access to the office and the unit I rented inside had no ADA access, I canceled the unit and an still waiting to hear back on a refund. Not good.....
