My wife went to this "hospital" (it's like acid in my mouth to even call it a hospital), a year ago, because she was feeling suicidal and I did the right thing by calling an ambulance. They were very lax with the suicide watch. My wife could have very easily killed herself in that butcher shop. Then, to add insult to injury, those jerks sent her to a drug treatment facility all the way in Wenatchee, because they thought she was seeking drugs to get high on when she was actually asking for help, and it traumatized her. Thank God she was able to even come home to me. I would rather call this "hospital" St. Elsewhere, because I will drive all the way to Spokane for health care than go into that frickin butcher shop.

No informed consent! The malicious billing practices of this facility overwhelming outshine any bedside manner that can be provided by the staff. Which is a true tragedy of decency. It is 2022 and everything in your and all medical facilities should have clear UPFRONT and HONEST billing. It should not take weeks for you to "decide" what I owe. The services and goods should be clearly priced out and disclosed BEFORE treatment or service are rendered. Patients here are not allowed clear or informed consent. It is moral and ethical bankruptcy for you to REFUSE to disclose prices. Your billing department also picks and chooses how much to bill each patient on a whim. Medical facilities like this are shining examples of the depths to which our healthcare systems have failed us. It is no longer ok to "Just be doing your job" or to say, "That's just the way it is." Every single employee and contractor in this facility and the medical field as a whole, is taking advantage of the communities they should be supporting. And we should hold EVERY single one of them accountable as such. Again, THEY DO NOT PRACTICE INFORMED CONSENT. They are also not following the Hospital Price Transparency Laws either as they do not offer price transparency, or the comprehensive list it requires. You will also receive additional bills from the contractors that Providence hired but did not pay.
