I ordered ordered a sandwich by the name I got online and was told that they don't have that sandwich. I had to pull out my phone to show them what it was.
The employee who built the sandwich was very polite and attentive.
After the sandwiches were made I was informed they were out of bags!!! When I stated that I was walking and didn't think I could carry it without a bag. the cashier didn't apologize, offer to help ar suggest a solution, she just walked away. (Different person than the friendly gal who made the sandwich).
There was no friendly greeting when I came in or a "Have a good day " as I left.
The food itself was excellent. With the exception of the tomatoes, all the veggies were fresh.
