I recently visited the McDonald's in Covington, WA, and it was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Not only did they get my order wrong, but they also forgot to include everything I ordered. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making my experience even worse. To top it off, the place was dirty and not well-maintained. I would never recommend this location to anyone and will never be returning. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this McDonald's at all costs. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Not lovin it.

Held a birthday at Covington location for granddaughter, and the employees were great filling large order of happy meals and adult food. No issues and all were happy. Thank you staff!

Not a good atmosphere. Took my daughter and her 6 children food was awful which is a first for me at this location in Covington. Wa but what upset me the most is there was a man yelling profanity and even threatened my granddaughter and told me he knew she was with me and she better watch her back but no one i mean no one in your management or staff did anything about it. They just let him say and approach anyone in the building. I will not repeat not be bringing my granddaughter or any of my grandchildren or children to this location again for my daughter wouldn't let us leave until we made sure he not only left the building but also the premises. People need to feel safe when visiting your establishment not afraid. I was told by other guests that this happens all the time at this location.
