    So glad my account is settled with these people. I was young and didnt understand everything to do when my car got totaled and 5 years later in life I realized it was still on my credit so I reached out to set up a payment arrangement or to pay in full and immediately nothing but horrible very rude entitled customer service. I eventually paid in full and both times I went into the Federal way location the lady at the front desk was very nice!! but everyone there treated her very badly !! Talking to her very rudely because she needed help and she was new. Besides that front desk lady at the federal way location (I wish I had her name) and Ryan who was very professional and cool with the legal department everyone was very very unprofessional or rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE please

    Horrible customer service, rude, snotty supposed managers who say things to paying customers like "well you probably couldn't get financed anywhere else," when I mentioned their horrible phone etiquette and rudeness. Do not recommend. Retaliatory customer service, now they sent a person to serve me papers and called me a liar when I said I was not served. Taking me to court so she says and refused payment. Absolutely apalling.

    These guys approved me for a loan of 13k with a co-signer (paid loan off) I later went and tried to take out an auto loan by myself got approved for 7k I was told by Brian if I had a co-signer it would be more so I go and get a co-signer and Brian denies my loan all together after paying off a 13k loan and already being approved for a 7k loan doesnt make sense theres no structure with their approval process not to mention my income has increased by 2k a month and nothing has changed as far as credit.i was gonna one star them but I did appreciate doing business with them with my 13k loan
