        I got partial highlights here and it was my first time doing color ever. Olivia was super nice and outgoing, she did a great job and gave me what I asked for with no stress. Ill be coming back :)

        Got my nails done yesterday lobe them lady who did my nails was amazing very gentle very communicative over all a great experience

        I got a haircut there today, and it's a good deal for the price, and it's cool to support the students. However, this is the only salon in Ellensburg that's registered on Strands for Trans, and it's a really awful experience as a queer person to do your research and try to find a place where you'll be comfortable only to be misgendered the entire time. Even after I told my stylist and her instructor, they still misgendered me. If possible, the academy should look into including diversity training as part of their curriculum. Please just be conscious of inclusivity in the future.

We will definitely take your suggestion into consideration and work towards creating a more inclusive environment for all of our customers. Thank you for supporting our students. And thank you for informing us about Strands for Trans! We were unaware that we are a registered business. It is possible one of our former trans students had registered us on there without our knowledge. We will look into Strands for Trans further.
