        Didn't have to wait long, but we are retired and went during the week. We just happened to be in Ennumclaw that day. Less expensive than taking it to the VW dealership for service and we got a senior discount.

        Waited 40 minutes while both bays were occupied for diagnostic services or something that was not related to oil changes. In the 40 minutes only 1 car in one bay moved forward and the Jeep in the bay two cars in front of us had not been attended to by anyone. At no point did any employee attempt to triage the queue or explain to customers what the anticipated wait time was. Despite the advertisement of Instant Oil Change this was anything but. We left, better off just making an appointment someone for greater predictability.
